Director & Co-Founder,
Sinead Connolly arrived in Sydney from Ireland in 2010 and, with a business degree and only 6 months work experience, started working in recruitment. At 26, with four years’ recruitment experience, Sinead and her colleague/friend saw an opportunity in the market to start a dynamic and fresh office support agency, with a sincere focus on treating people well. Sinead uses her experience within the industry and her passion for people to run Lotus People and to create a supportive, collaborative and hardworking team culture. The Lotus flower signifies a rebirth of ideas and a different way of doing things, which was the motivation behind starting the agency. A winner of a Young Entrepreneur award at 28 and a leader focused on balance and culture, Sinead has led Lotus People from strength to strength.
